1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FormPiilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FormPiilot is an AI-powered tool that generates synthetic survey responses based on user-provided questionnaires. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create fictional personas and simulate their responses to survey questions.
3. Important Disclaimer: Synthetic Data
ALL DATA GENERATED BY FormPiilot IS SYNTHETIC AND FICTIONAL. Generated responses do not represent real people, real opinions, or real survey results. The output is AI-generated content intended for:
- Testing survey instruments and questionnaire design
- Generating placeholder data for software development
- Academic exercises in survey methodology
- Prototyping data analysis workflows
You acknowledge and agree that:
- (a) Generated responses are NOT suitable for use as actual research data
- (b) Representing synthetic data as genuine survey responses in academic publications, regulatory filings, or official reports may constitute fraud
- (c) FormPiilot bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from misrepresentation of synthetic data as real data
4. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Payment and Refunds
(a) Pricing
Services are priced per survey project as displayed on our pricing page. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦).
(b) Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paystack. FormPiilot does not store your payment card details.
(c) Refund Policy
Due to the nature of AI generation (which consumes computational resources upon execution):
- If generation has NOT started: Full refund available upon request within 24 hours.
- If generation has started but failed due to a system error: Full refund or credit for a new generation.
- If generation completed successfully: No refund, as the computational resources have been consumed.
(d) Free Trial
Each account is entitled to one free trial of 5 responses. Free trials cannot be transferred or accumulated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- (a) Use the Service to generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or promotes violence
- (b) Represent AI-generated responses as genuine human survey data in contexts where authenticity is required
- (c) Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or payment requirements
- (d) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- (e) Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
- (f) Upload surveys containing personally identifiable information (PII) of real individuals without their consent
7. Intellectual Property
(a) Your Content
You retain ownership of the survey questions you upload. By uploading content, you grant FormPiilot a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
(b) Generated Output
You own the generated survey responses and may use them in accordance with these Terms.
(c) Our Service
The FormPiilot platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by FormPiilot and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- (a) FormPiilot is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- (b) We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
- (c) Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
- (d) We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Termination
(a) By You
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
(b) By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
(c) Effect
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
